Alex Tovar - Director of OperationsAlex oversees national operations for the ministry, including Finance, Ministry Advancement, People Services, Insurance, Websites, and Publications. He also provides counsel on all ministry-related matters, including contracts, technology, liability insurance, national conference, reporting, statistics, and strategic initiatives. Alex is married to Lily and together they have three children (Ella, Lucas, and Maxx).

Mickie Charlier - Ministry Operations AssistantMickie serves as the editor of the Weekly Message e-newsletter and assists the Operations Department on a number of special projects. In addition, she provides administrative support for the Coaching & Mentoring Director as well as the Recruitment/Assistant Training Director.

Rashae Finck - Administrative AssistantRashae provides administrative support to the Director of Operations. She assists with overseas trip applications/reports and with insurance requests. In addition, she is the Admin Assistant to the President's Office.

Jonathan Snyder - Mail Room & Facilities SpecialistJonathan provides mail room and facilities support services to our Home Office team and processes all material orders.
